Basic Documents Required

• Passport: Original passport valid for at least 07 months. (If the old passport is lost, a GD copy with a translated notary is mandatory).

• Travel History: Copies of previous Thailand visas or visas from other countries, including entry/exit seals (if any).

• Photographs: One (01) recent copy (35 mm X 45 mm, white background, matte paper, taken within the last 3 months).

• Financial Proof: Original Bank Statement and Solvency Certificate of the last 06 months (Minimum balance: BDT 100,000 for individuals). Note: This balance must be maintained until your passport is returned.

• Identification: Photocopy of NID.

• Proof of Residence: Recent utility bill (electricity, telephone, gas, or water) not older than 3 months.

• Contact Info: Active personal phone number, alternative contact number, and a valid email address.

Category-Specific Requirements

For Business Persons:

• Renewal Trade License (English notarized copy).

• Memorandum of Article (for Limited Companies) or Form XII.

• Blank office letterhead pad.

• Visiting card.

For Job Holders:

• No Objection Certificate (NOC) including the employer’s official landline/cell numbers.

• Official ID card copy.

• Visiting card.

• Salary Bank Statement or Savings Account statement with the last 03 months’ payslips.

• Professional certificates: BMDC (Doctors), BAR Council (Advocates).

• Retirement documentation (Retired persons).

• Government Employees: GO with English notarized translation.

For Students:

• Student ID card copy.

• Recommendation or Leave Letter from the educational institute.

• Birth certificate (for children/infants).

Medical Treatment Visas:

• Hospital appointment letter from Thailand.

• Local doctor’s referral letter (for first-time travelers).

• Medical reports and certificate of acceptance from the Thai hospital.

• Air Ambulance booking confirmation (if applicable).

Important Notes

• Consular Rights: Consular officers reserve the right to request additional documentation.

• Family Applications: Include a marriage certificate/Nikahnama.
