Required Documents for Submission

• Passport: Original passport valid for at least 07 months, plus copies of all old passports.

• Identification: Photocopy of NID or Birth Certificate.

• Photographs: Two (02) recent copies (35 mm X 45 mm, white background, matte paper, taken within the last 3 months).

• Financial Proof (First-time visitors): Original Bank Statement and Solvency Certificate of the last 06 months (Minimum balance: BDT 2,00,000 for individuals; BDT 4,00,000 for families).

• Travel Documentation: Confirmed hotel booking copy and air ticket booking copy.

• Letter of Introduction (LOI): Form V39A (We can assist with this if required).

Category-Specific Requirements

For Business Persons:

• Renewal Trade License (English notarized copy).

• Memorandum of Article (for Limited Companies) or Form XII.

• Blank office letterhead pad.

• Visiting card.

For Job Holders:

• No Objection Certificate (NOC).

• Official ID card copy.

• Visiting card.

• Professional certificates: BMDC for doctors, BAR Council for advocates.

• Retirement documentation for retired persons.

For Students:

• Student ID card copy.

• Recommendation/Leave Letter from the educational institute.

• Birth certificate (for children and infants).

Other Documents:

• Marriage Certificate or Nikahnama (required for family applications).

Important Notices

• Fees: BDT 5,000 (if you provide LOI) / BDT 6,000 (if we provide LOI). All fees are non-refundable.

• Mandatory Requirement (SGAC): All travellers must submit the Singapore Arrival Card (SGAC) online within 3 days (including the day of arrival) prior to entering Singapore. This is free and must be done via the official ICA e-Service or MyICA Mobile app.

Note: Consular officers reserve the right to request additional documents. Visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the Singapore Embassy.
