Brazil Tourist Visa Requirements

Here’s what you’ll need to submit:

1. 1. One photocopy of all passport pages, plus your original passport with at least 6 months’ validity

1. 1. Two photocopies of your National ID card and birth certificate, translated and notarized in Dhaka City jurisdiction

1. 1. Two recent passport-size photos, white background, taken within the last 6 months

1. 1. Bank statement for the last 6 months, with a solvency certificate

1. 1. One photocopy and the original of your credit or debit card statements for the last 3 months

1. 1. Income tax certificate, translated and notarized in Dhaka City jurisdiction

1. 1. Two photocopies and the original of recent utility bills for the last 3 months

1. 1. Original and two photocopies of your police clearance

1. 1. Hotel booking confirmation in Brazil

1. 1. Two-way air ticket reservation to Brazil

1. 1. Letter of introduction, declaring your current status and the purpose of your visit

1. 1. Any invitation letter from Brazil, notarized in the same jurisdiction as the Brazilian company or individual sending it

If you’re applying with minors or dependents, also submit proof of kinship with the main applicant and a letter of responsibility.

Important Notes Before You Apply

Processing can take up to 60 days, so it’s best to apply well ahead of your travel dates.

Submitting fake or forged documents leads to a 10-year ban before you can reapply. Always submit genuine, complete documentation.

Visa fees are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome. The embassy may also ask for additional documents during processing.

Make sure you bring every required document to your submission appointment — incomplete applications aren’t accepted.
