Welcome to Visa Crafters BD. By engaging our services, visiting our office, using our website, or submitting your documents, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Our Role
Visa Crafters BD is a professional visa consultancy and documentation support company. We provide guidance, document review, application preparation, appointment assistance, and submission support.
We are not an Embassy, Consulate, Government Authority, VFS, or Visa Decision-Making Authority.
2. No Visa Guarantee
Visa approval or refusal is solely at the discretion of the respective Embassy, Consulate, Immigration Authority, or Visa Processing Center.
Visa Crafters BD does not guarantee visa approval, visa issuance, or any specific processing time.
Our commitment is to prepare and process each application carefully and professionally according to the latest available requirements.
3. No Visa, No Fee Policy
Where Visa Crafters BD advertises or agrees to a "No Visa, No Fee" offer, the policy applies only to our professional consultancy/service charge and only for eligible visa categories.
The following costs are non-refundable, even if a visa is refused:
- Embassy/Consular Fees
- VFS/TLS/BLS Service Charges
- Biometric Fees
- Courier Charges
- Translation Fees
- Notary Fees
- Medical Examination Fees
- Insurance Fees
- Bank Charges
- Any third-party service charges
If a service has already been completed or partially completed, any applicable service charges may also become non-refundable.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide complete, truthful, and accurate information.
- Submit genuine and authentic documents.
- Inform Visa Crafters BD immediately of any changes to employment, financial status, travel history, or personal information.
- Attend interviews, biometrics, and appointments on time.
- Follow instructions provided by Visa Crafters BD.
5. False Documents
Visa Crafters BD has a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding forged or fraudulent documents.
If fake, altered, or misleading information is discovered:
- Processing will stop immediately.
- Any paid service fees will not be refunded.
- Visa Crafters BD may refuse future services.
- The client will remain solely responsible for any legal consequences.
6. Processing Time
Estimated processing times are provided only for reference.
Visa Crafters BD cannot control delays caused by:
- Embassies
- Immigration Authorities
- VFS/TLS/BLS
- Security checks
- Public holidays
- Government decisions
- Requests for additional documents
7. Additional Document Requests
Embassies or immigration authorities may request additional documents, interviews, or medical examinations at any stage.
The client is responsible for providing all requested documents within the required timeframe.
8. Fees & Payments
All applicable fees must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
Outstanding balances must be cleared before document submission or passport collection unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Embassy fees, VFS/TLS/BLS charges, biometric fees, and other third-party service charges are determined by the respective authorities and may increase or decrease at any time without prior notice. Visa Crafters BD has no control over such changes. Clients agree to pay any additional amount resulting from changes made by the respective Embassy, Consulate, Immigration Authority, VFS, TLS, BLS, or other third-party service providers.
The final amount payable shall be based on the applicable fees at the time of application submission or payment.
9. Refund Policy
Professional consultancy fees are refundable only where specifically stated in a written agreement.
No refund will be provided if:
- The client withdraws the application.
- The client provides false information.
- Required documents are not submitted.
- The client misses appointments or interviews.
- Visa refusal occurs due to the client's personal circumstances, immigration history, financial condition, or failure to satisfy embassy requirements.
10. Passport & Documents
Clients must collect passports and original documents promptly after notification.
Visa Crafters BD is not responsible for loss or damage after documents have been collected by the client or an authorized representative.
11. Privacy & Confidentiality
Visa Crafters BD respects your privacy.
Your personal information and documents will be used only for visa processing, consultancy, and related services, unless disclosure is required by law or authorized by you.
12. Communication
Clients agree to receive updates through:
- Phone
- SMS
It is the client's responsibility to keep contact information up to date.
13. Limitation of Liability
Visa Crafters BD shall not be liable for:
- Visa refusal
- Immigration decisions
- Embassy policy changes
- Flight cancellations
- Travel restrictions
- Financial losses
- Missed travel dates
- Changes in immigration laws
14. Website & Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, graphics, and materials published by Visa Crafters BD remain the intellectual property of the company and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.
16. Acceptance
By using our services, requesting a consultation, signing a service agreement, making any payment, submitting documents, or authorizing Visa Crafters BD to process an application, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
If a client purchases any service from Visa Crafters BD, such purchase shall constitute full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, whether or not the client has physically signed this document.
It is the client's responsibility to carefully read these Terms & Conditions before purchasing any service. If any provision is unclear, the client must seek clarification from Visa Crafters BD before making payment or submitting documents. Failure to read or understand these Terms & Conditions shall not exempt the client from their obligations under this agreement.

- Policy Statement: "No Visa, No Fee" applies only to eligible consultancy/service charges and only where specifically offered by Visa Crafters BD.
- Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the respective Embassy, Consulate, or Immigration Authority.
- Embassy fees, VFS/TLS/BLS charges, biometric fees, courier fees, and other third-party charges may increase or decrease without prior notice and are subject to the policies of the respective authorities.
- By purchasing any service from Visa Crafters BD, the client confirms that they have accepted all applicable Terms & Conditions, Refund Policies, and Country-Specific Policies.
Additional Terms & Conditions
The following clauses shall form an integral part of the Visa Crafters BD Terms & Conditions.
17. Changes in Government & Embassy Fees
Embassy fees, Visa Application Centre (VFS/TLS/BLS) charges, biometric fees, courier fees, medical fees, insurance fees, translation fees, and any other government or third-party charges are determined solely by the respective authorities.
These fees may increase, decrease, or change at any time without prior notice.
Visa Crafters BD has no control over such changes and shall not be responsible for any increase in government or third-party charges. Clients agree to pay any revised fees applicable at the time of application submission or processing.
18. Client Acceptance of Terms
By requesting our services, submitting documents, making any payment, signing any quotation, invoice, receipt, agreement, or authorizing Visa Crafters BD to process a visa application, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
Purchasing any service from Visa Crafters BD automatically constitutes acceptance of all company policies, including country-specific policies, refund policies, payment policies, and any special conditions applicable to the selected service.
It is the client's sole responsibility to read these Terms & Conditions before purchasing any service. If any provision is unclear, the client must seek clarification from Visa Crafters BD before making payment or submitting documents.
Failure to read these Terms & Conditions shall not relieve the client from any obligation contained herein.
19. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service
Visa Crafters BD reserves the absolute right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue any service or application at any stage without prior notice if:
- False, forged, altered, or misleading documents are submitted.
- Information provided by the client is found to be inaccurate or incomplete.
- The client refuses to follow professional advice or embassy requirements.
- The application may violate any law, embassy regulation, immigration policy, or ethical standard.
- The client behaves abusively, threatens staff, or engages in inappropriate conduct.
- Outstanding payments remain unpaid.
- Visa Crafters BD reasonably believes that continuing the application may negatively affect the company or the client's interests.
Where services have already been performed, consultancy fees and any third-party charges paid shall remain non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
20. Application Outcome
Visa Crafters BD prepares applications professionally based on the documents and information supplied by the client.
However, the final decision regarding visa approval, refusal, visa duration, number of entries, validity period, or any additional conditions rests solely with the respective Embassy, Consulate, Immigration Authority, or Visa Processing Centre.
Visa Crafters BD cannot influence or guarantee any visa decision.
21. Client Cooperation
Clients agree to cooperate fully throughout the application process.
Failure to provide requested documents, respond to communications, attend appointments, submit biometrics, complete medical examinations, or comply with embassy requirements may result in delays, refusal, or cancellation of the application.
Visa Crafters BD shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from the client's failure to cooperate.
22. Payment Default
If the client fails to pay any agreed amount after a visa has been approved or granted, Visa Crafters BD reserves the right to:
- Suspend all remaining services.
- Refuse passport or document delivery where legally permissible.
- Recover outstanding amounts through lawful means.
- Decline future services to the client.
23. Force Majeure
Visa Crafters BD shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- War
- Political unrest
- Pandemic or epidemic
- Government restrictions
- Embassy closures
- Technical failures
- Internet or system outages
- Public holidays
- Strikes
- Transportation disruptions
24. Amendments
Visa Crafters BD reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms & Conditions, service charges, refund policies, and country-specific policies at any time without prior notice.
The latest published version shall apply to all new applications and services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
25. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with any quotation, invoice, payment receipt, service agreement, refund policy, and country-specific policy issued by Visa Crafters BD, constitute the complete agreement between the client and Visa Crafters BD.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
